SPORTS AND GAMES
We provide facilities to students for learning and enjoying-, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Yoga etc. Sports stimulate the physical and mental growth of a child. A person who regularly plays sports develops a healthy body, develops better body strength and better coordination. The physical benefits also include maintaining a healthy weight, preventing chronic diseases and learning the skills necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The enhancement of physical and mental development of children is certainly the most important contribution of sports, but the list of values a child may acquire through sports does not end here. The positive aspects are numerous, which reveals the true beauty of sport.
CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
The importance of social and cultural activities is preparing students for real life and strengthening their personal skills. Social/cultural activities not only help students to identify themselves with the university, but also assist students to develop themselves in a desired field and also improve skills such as organizational, presentation, leadership and interpersonal communication. As social and cultural activities are of paramount importance, the University encourages all extra-curricular activities that are both in line with the educational objectives of the institution and meet the needs of the students. Culture can be defined as the arts as well as the intangible shared beliefs, values, and practices of a community. Students participate in arts and culture at varying levels of skill and engagement. Some create, while others listen to, watch, teach, critique, or learn a cultural activity, art form, or expression. Some are professional artists, designers, and inventors, while others engage informally in expressive activities or create innovative tools, relationships, or products. The field as a whole can be represented within a framework that has four main aspects: degree of professionalism, type of activity, locations and spaces, and level of participation and involvement. Together, these formal and informal, tangible and intangible, professional and amateur artistic and cultural activities constitute a communication cultural assets.
YOGA, MEDITATION & SANSKAR
Meditation is 7th Limb of Ashtanga Yoga. Meditation is nothing but to channelizing all through waves is one direction by witnessing and by mindfull conscious observation Today, Mind is piece! Piece Hence there is no peace because of unlimited and unwanted scatered mind meditation will bring integrity between body and mind for self realization with the help of self awareness with full of joy and the birth right eternal bliss. It may probably be desired from the same root as the latin word meaning meditation can certainly be looked on as a healing process, emotionally, mentally and physically too.That is why we are in generally telling mediation is medications.
CLUB ACTIVITIES
Most of the social activities outside the school are free of charge*. These events are a great way to practise your English outside of your lessons. It is also an opportunity to make friends and chat to teachers away from the classroom. Your teacher will let you know about the next social activity in your lessons, or you can look on our social activity calendar on the first floor or check social media.
